The project is to develop a platform for the analysis of the better consumer engagement to any restaurants, bars, or retail outlets and also to provide the loyalty benefits. The client needs a complete platform which could solve the following use cases:
- Registration of different restaurants, bars and retail outlets with there services
- View all clients/restaurants, and their service offered
- Admin to delete/add/edit restaurants
- Various benefits and loyalty card as per membership tier
- Different campaign for a number of occasions like Blast campaign, Birthday campaign
- Sort/filter clients based on their membership cards
- A customer with loyalty benefit can send or invite another person
- Generation of QR Codes, QR Posters, and invite QR Cards
- Record of Check-in or Check-out members
- Invitation to customer loyalty card program of the restaurant
- Category and Item based revenue tracking on monthly, daily and yearly basis
- Comparison analysis of particular events, for specific date with average daily usage through graphs and charts
